Small Group Personal Training Sessions for Women

If you love group training and also want to experience the benefits of having a personal trainer

to focus on your technique and personal goals, you're in the right place!

These sessions will help you develop strength and flexibility and you'll see tangible progress week to week.

Each session runs for 60mins (max. 4 per class).
