Over the 6 weeks you will be coached individually and as a group to learn the principles and building blocks of strength, flexibility and movement training. The Wild Fox Way foundations program is designed to bring intention into your training no matter what level you're at. Whether you're a complete beginner or have been training for years, you will improve your strength, develop confidence and establish the foundations for a long-term relationship with training. Learn and grow in a supportive, energetic group of like minded women!
