Service Description

In these classes you'll be learning fundamental movements, new mobility exercises to incorporate into your training and also working on strength and learning how to use barbells and increase your load when lifting in a safe, supportive, educational environment! Challenge yourself, move better and have fun with other women all working on their goals. Inclusivity is our goal so come as you are regardless of skill level, age or limitations. These classes are designed to get you moving better and learning whatever you need to learn to develop and get results in your training!
