THE MOMENTUM PROGRAM

With Shenoa’s expert guidance, you’ll explore a wide range of training techniques & harness your strengths, while working on your weaknesses.

No bullsh*t, crazy ‘fads’ or hyped up programs that are not sustainable!

Instead, build momentum by taking the right action alongside the right people!

📱 Initiation call

Before the program begins, you’ll have an initiation call with Shenoa to set your intentions and set up your metrics tracking

The program consists of x3 live 45min online group training classes per week via Google meetings. You can dial in from wherever you like: the gym, your home, the beach or a park! Mix it up, have fun!

Tue 6am Sweat & Strengthen

Thurs 8:15pm Mobility & Flexibility 

Sun 7:15am Sweat & Strengthen. 

In the program, we focus on building strength, mobility & flexibility on the road to longevity and sustainability. We will also address important mindset and holistic lifestyle practices needed for a healthy long term relationship with your body and training.

 

You will gain free access to the Wild Fox Way training app for the rest of the year so you can continue working through our premium training programs. There are programs for all levels and locations so you can continue the momentum and keep progressing. 

 

Shenoa Fox has been a health and fitness coach since 2014. Having worked with thousands of clients from all walks of life, her experience and knowledge is second to none. Her passion lies in helping people build momentum and self trust through training and a 1% better everyday philosophy!

Personal Trainer/Coach since 2014
Cert III & IV in Fitness
Nutrition for Exercise Professionals
Rehab Trainer Certified
Pre & Post Natal Certified

B Arts in Communications (University of Technology Sydney)

What you'll be doing in the program...

Sweat & Strengthen

In this class the goal is to train smart. We will focus on blending elements of strength, skills and aerobic capacity! You'll be challenged and maintaining your results from week to week.

Mobility & Flexibility

The goal of this class is to condition through stretch variations and mobility exercises for longevity in the joints and tendons! A beautiful class that will have you feeling free in your body!

1 on 1 Guidance

An initial 1 on 1 call prior to starting the program to set your intentions + metrics and then another call at the end of the program to discuss progress and where to go next. You'll gain access to the app to continue training beyond the 6 week program.
